After almost 2 months in Thailand, this crew is leaving beautiful Thai beaches for somewhat cooler temperatures of the bustling city of Hanoi, Vietnam.
We hit a snag at the airport this morning as it turned out that Nina’s passport number was entered wrong in our visa pre-approval letter. I guess Vietnamese immigration is quite strict and we couldn’t board our flight without fixing this issue. It took an hour worth of frantic calls/emails/printouts to get it all sorted out but we did it.
With correct paperwork in hand now, we are leaving Thailand full of the most amazing memories of this beautiful country and its equally lovely people.
Merry Christmas to all our friends across the globe that are waiting for Santa to arrive tonight. We’ll write again from Hanoi, Vietnam.
